足関節骨折

足関節果部骨折は高齢女性に多い骨折である．高齢者足関節果部骨折診療における臨床判断のポイントは，安定型外果単独骨折と不安定な果部骨折に対する保存治療と手術リスクを評価したうえで，適切な手術方法を選択することである．
