集学的アプローチの必要性からみた整形外科リウマチ専門医のニーズ—内科医の立場から

関節リウマチは，よりよい予後とADLを目指すうえで，薬物治療のみでは不完全であり，非薬物治療，外科的治療が必要であることが，診療ガイドラインで示されている．また，医師とともに，看護師，薬剤師，理学療法士，作業療法士，医療ソーシャルワーカーなどの多職種のメディカルスタッフによる集学的治療の実践により，初めて関節の機能を低下させない治療が可能となる．集学的アプローチの必要性からは，リハビリテーションや手術に関わる整形外科リウマチ専門医の関わりは極めて重要であり，そのニーズは今後増加すると考えられる．
