人工膝関節置換術後合併症の膝窩動脈仮性動脈瘤に対し，Stent graft(Viabahn)で治療した2例の経験

文献概要

人工膝関節置換術(TKA)後に合併した膝窩動脈仮性動脈瘤の2例に対して，stent graft(VIABAHN^®)の留置で治療した．術後9日目と7日目の発症で，両症例ともリハビリテーション中に膝窩部の高度の腫脹と疼痛を生じた．局所麻酔下に大腿動脈を順行性に穿刺し，stent graft(VIABAHN^®)留置を行った．術後はクロピドグレルの投与と，膝関節の90°以上の屈曲を制限し，リハビリテーションと生活を継続している．術後それぞれ22カ月と15カ月を経過するが，stent graftの閉塞などは認めていない．
