胸髄症を呈し緊急手術を要した胸椎黄色靱帯内血腫の1例

緒言：今回われわれは，胸髄症を呈し緊急手術を要した胸椎黄色靱帯内血腫の稀な1例を経験したので報告する．症例：51歳男性．歩行時に右下肢のしびれと脱力感を自覚し救急搬送となった．右下肢不全麻痺，膀胱直腸障害を認め，画像所見でTh11/12高位に腫瘤性病変を認めた．同病変による胸髄症と診断，緊急手術を施行した．病理検査で黄色靱帯内血腫と診断した．術後再発なく経過良好である．考察：理学所見より高位診断を行い，画像診断で早期に病変を同定し，適切なタイミングで手術加療を行うことが重要であると考えられた．
