骨盤解剖とバイオメカニクス

骨盤外傷の治療に必要な解剖学的な知識とバイオメカニクスについて説明する．骨盤は，仙骨と2つの寛骨で構成される輪状構造で，仙腸関節と恥骨結合で連結される．仙腸関節の靱帯は，強靱でありほとんど動きがないが，動的な安定化機構は二足歩行特有の骨盤形状の維持に大きな役割があるとともに，外力が生じた際に衝撃を吸収する作用がある．小骨盤腔内には重要な神経血管が多く存在しており，損傷されると生命に関わる出血や大きな機能障害の原因となる．これらの解剖を理解することは，適切な治療を行ううえで必須である．
