骨盤輪骨折の安定性の判断はCT画像を用いても容易ではないことがある.Dynamicな評価法である損傷骨盤に力学的ストレスを加えて骨盤前方部が動揺するかをみるテスト(EUA)は有用であり,それに基づいた手術適応基準がいくつか報告されている.しかし,前方と後方のどちらの固定を優先させるのか,あるいは前後両方の固定の必要性について,統一された基準はいまだ確立されていない.
