腱板断裂に対するPartial Repair法—適応と限界

Partial repair法はtransverse force coupleとsuspension bridge systemを再建する一次修復不能な腱板断裂の治療法であり，腱板断端が残存している症例であればほとんどすべての症例に適応がある．しかし小円筋断裂を伴う症例，肩甲下筋腱の上1/2以上が欠損している症例および上腕二頭筋長頭腱(LHB)断裂症例では十分な注意が必要である．今回の調査では短期および長期成績の調査で良好な肩関節機能が得られており，有効な治療法の1つであると思われた．
