胸椎部に発生した孤発性線維性腫瘍が再発した1例

症例は36歳男性．10歳時に他院で胸椎部の腫瘍切除後に放射線化学療法を施行した．術後に残存腫瘍を認めていたが，12年の経過で増大なく経過観察終了となった．36歳時に胸部X線で腫瘤影を指摘され，当科受診となった．CTガイド下生検の結果，孤発性線維性腫瘍(solitary fibrous tumor：SFT)の再発と考えられた．全切除を方針として再手術を施行したが，術後6カ月時点で残存腫瘍が確認され，1年半後に腫瘍が再増大した．結果的に部分切除にとどまった．当院で2度目の手術を行い十分なマージンを取って切除した．再々手術後2年で再発なく経過している．
