骨転移画像診断の注意点

骨転移の画像診断において存在/広がりの評価に最も有用なモダリティは基本的にMRIであるが，臨床現場においてより撮影頻度が高いモダリティは一般的にCTである．CTで見逃してはいけない骨転移について今一度確認されたい．骨転移と誤りやすい良性病変について注意すべきポイントや鑑別に有用となる検査方法，骨転移画像診断のツールとして近年実用化が進んでいるDWIBSについても紹介する．
