近位骨切り術

第1中足骨近位骨切り術は外反母趾に対する代表的な術式の1つである．骨切りのデザインは多岐にわたるが，それらの比較検討の情報は少ない．今回の「外反母趾診療ガイドライン」改訂では，CQを「近位骨切り術を行う場合，どのような術式が推奨されるか」と定めた．近位骨切り術式間の比較検討を行い，それに対しての推奨文と推奨度，エビデンスの強さを決定した．
