第1中足骨骨切り術以外の術式

第1中足骨骨切り術以外の術式のうち,母趾MTP関節固定術は,重度の外反母趾に適応がある.第1TMT関節固定術はLapidus法とも呼ばれるが変法が多数ある.中等度から重度の外反母趾で特に第1TMT関節の不安定性(hypermobility)が存在する症例によい適応がある.遠位軟部組織手術は,近年単独で行われることはほとんどなく,中足骨骨切り術やTMT関節固定術に併用して行われる.母趾MTP関節の軟部組織の拘縮解除や弛緩した組織に緊張を与えるために行われる.
