外反母趾に合併する病態に対する術式

「外反母趾診療ガイドライン2022(改訂第3版)」では，外反母趾に合併する病態として第2趾MTP関節脱臼，ハンマー趾，内反小趾を取り上げ，background question(BQ)を作成した．いずれの病態も保存療法の効果の少ない場合に手術が適応となる．MTP関節脱臼の主原因は，蹠側板損傷であり，関節形成と中足骨短縮骨切りを併用する．ハンマー趾は，PIP関節拘縮の有無により腱移行と関節手術を選択する．内反小趾は中足骨骨切り術が行われる．
