踵骨前方突起偽関節に対し鏡視下骨片摘出術を施行した1例

踵骨前方突起骨折はしばしば見逃され，症候性の偽関節を生じる．小骨片では摘出術の適応があるが，鏡視下で摘出を行った報告は少ない．今回，踵骨前方突起偽関節骨片を鏡視下で摘出した．術後1年で走行時の疼痛はなく，良好な成績を得た．鏡視下骨片摘出術は詳細な観察が可能かつ，低侵襲で踵骨前方突起偽関節の治療に有用な可能性がある．
