福井県式乳児股関節脱臼検診「新生児期(出生時退院前)学会推奨項目スクリーニング＋1カ月齢での超音波二次検診」のすすめ

背景：福井県の乳児股関節脱臼検診は小児科・産科婦人科受託の個別乳児健診方式で，近年まで検診項目も開排制限判定のみ，要精検率1％未満で問題症例も多く，学会推奨項目を軸に再構築中である．対象と方法：2014〜2020年度の股関節脱臼検診要精検率を種々の統計により後方視的に分析した．当初1カ月乳児健診の充実を図ったが，現在は産科医療機関での出生時スクリーニング後に1カ月齢で二次検診を行う方式を核としている．結果と考察：要精検率は1％未満から3.5％に増加したが産科医療機関により0〜10％と施設差が大きかった．本法では個別健診方式でも一次検診の詳細な分析が可能である．
