腰痛のメカニズム—椎間関節性腰痛のメカニズム

はじめに

　1976年にMooneyら¹⁾は椎間関節由来の腰痛の頻度が高いことを報告し，椎間関節ブロックの有効性についても報告した．この報告では「facet syndrome」という用語が用いられ，その後，疼痛源としての椎間関節が広く認識されるようになった．腰椎椎間関節性腰痛を理解するためには，まずその解剖を理解し，力学的な機能解剖についても熟知する必要がある．さらにはその神経支配を理解することで治療法の選択肢がみえてくる．
