Point!

●リウマトイド因子やACPA陰性の多発性関節炎患者を診た場合，シェーグレン症候群やリウマチ性多発筋痛症，乾癬性関節炎を鑑別に挙げる．

●RS3PE症候群に特徴的な手足の圧痕性浮腫や，乾癬性関節炎に特徴的な爪病変・皮疹は診断のヒントになるので，見落とさないように診察する．

●稀ではあるが，全身性エリテマトーデスや皮膚筋炎は多発性関節炎が初発症状であることがあり，発熱などの全身所見を伴っている場合には，全身性結合組織病を疑う必要がある．
