Point!

●整形外科手術領域で使用される代表的な消毒薬は，ポビドンヨード，グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン，アルコール配合剤の3種類だが，どの消毒薬にも一長一短があり，優劣をつけることはできない．

●手術野の術前消毒は，各ガイドラインの推奨，殺菌作用の強さ，残存効果を考慮すると，アルコール含有消毒薬(ポビドンヨードまたはグルコン酸クロルヘキシジン)の使用が推奨される．

●術野洗浄は，ガイドラインの推奨と近年の文献から，希釈ポビドンヨード洗浄液の使用が推奨される．
