Point!

●起炎菌さえ捕まえてしまえば何とかなる．とにかくしつこく検体を採取する．

●外科的介入(デブリドマン，ドレナージ)を躊躇しない．

●抗菌薬は対象の起炎菌に対して第一選択のものを最大用量で使用する．

●経口第三世代セフェムとキノロン系抗菌薬はほとんど出番はない．
