●脊椎・脊髄疾患においては詳細な問診・身体所見を行うことにより，かなりの疾患の絞り込みが可能である．

●脊椎感染症や腫瘍性疾患は，急速な経過を来す症例もあるため，早めの専門医紹介を考慮する．

●多数回の外来フォローが必要となる小児では，可能な限り放射線被曝を少なくする配慮が必要である．
