大腿骨寛骨臼インピンジメントの診断法—エビデンスに基づいて

大腿骨寛骨臼インピンジメント(FAI)の診断において，特異的な身体所見や画像所見はなく，股関節周囲に疼痛を来す他の病態を鑑別し，臨床症状，身体所見，および画像所見より総合的に判定されるべきである．わが国では寛骨臼形成不全を有する症例が多いため，関節不安定性に起因する症状を鑑別する必要がある．FAIに起因する股関節病変と関節不安定性に起因する股関節病変とは異なる病態であり，FAIと関節不安定性のいずれに起因する病態なのかを慎重に見極めることが，的確なFAI診断につながる．
