股関節唇再建術・Augmentation

股関節唇は滑らかな関節表面を形成するsealing効果と，大腿骨頭へのsuction効果を有し，股関節の安定性に寄与している．そのため，股関節唇損傷に対する処置として股関節唇形成術が第一選択となる．一方，修復不能なほどに損傷した股関節唇に対しては，デブリドマンではなく股関節唇再建術が選択され，その臨床成績はおおむね良好である．最近注目されているaugmentationは，形成不全または修復不能な関節唇を維持したまま，その背後に再建した股関節唇を移植する処置であるが，バイオメカニクス研究や臨床研究でもその有用性が報告されている．
