Synovial Osteochondromatosisの鏡視下手術

Synovial osteochondromatosis(SOC)は30〜50代の女性に多く生じる良性の軟骨増殖性疾患であり，股関節は膝関節の次に多く発生する．外科的治療は直視下手術と鏡視下手術に大別される．病変部を完全に取り除くという点では直視下の治療に利があるが，鏡視下手術は比較的低侵襲であり合併症が少なく，診断的治療としての役割も有する．また，近年の股関節鏡手術の技術の改良やディバイスの進化とともに今後更なるSOCに対する股関節鏡手術の成績向上が見込まれる．
