小児肘関節周辺骨折—変形治癒・拘縮の治療

小児の肘関節周辺骨折は，基本的には変形治癒や拘縮を生じにくい．しかし，誤った診断や不適切な初期対応を行えば，変形治癒や拘縮を生じてしまう．いったん，これらが生じてしまうと，治療適応やそのタイミングなどについて判断が難しい．また，根本的な治療法がなく，対症療法しかない病態もある．それぞれの病態について，治療適応やタイミングなどを解説する．生じてしまった変形治癒・拘縮に対して最善の対処を行い，少しでも骨折前の健常な状態に戻ってもらえるように注力することも，われわれの務めである．
