小児の手指骨折

小児の手指骨折の治療は徒手整復と外固定の保存治療を原則的に行う．整復位の許容範囲内は，リモデリングが期待できる変形であり，許容範囲内の整復位を外固定で維持するように努める．整復が許容できない場合や整復位を保持できない場合に手術治療を選択する．手術治療の場合でも，整復は徒手整復や経皮的な整復を中心に行い，内固定はピンニングで行うことを第一とする．これらで整復できない場合に観血的整復固定を行う．
