成人脊柱変形手術におけるSagittal Age-adjusted Scoreの検討

目的:成人脊柱変形(ASD)患者におけるSagittal age-adjusted score(SAAS)と近位隣接椎間後弯障害(PJF)について解析した.対象と方法:ASDの診断にて二期的前後方矯正固定手術を行った60症例を対象とした.Pelvic incidence(PI)-lumbar lordosis(LL)とSAASから,under-corrected群,matched群,over-corrected群に分類し,PJFの有無を比較した.結果:SAASでは52例(86.7%)がover-corrected群であった.Matched群とover-corrected群でPJFの有無は有意差がなかった.結語:SAASでは多くの症例で過矯正であったが,PJFの有無には統計学的有意差はなく,アライメント以外の評価が必要である.
