骨粗鬆症に対するビスホスホネート治療中に外傷なく発生した中足骨骨折の1例

骨粗鬆症に対するビスホスホネート(BP)治療中に外傷なく発生した稀な第3中足骨骨折の1例(83歳女性)を経験したので報告する．BP製剤で治療中(治療期間：3年8カ月)に，歩行時に誘因なく右足部痛が出現した．単純X線で，第3中足骨近位1/3部にごく軽度の転位を伴う鮮明な横・斜骨折を認めた．非定型骨折でみられる外骨膜肥厚や内側スパイクと思われる像も認められた．BP治療を中止し，テリパラチド治療(3カ月)を行い，骨癒合が得られた．
