手への超音波ガイド下インターベンションの基礎と応用

手の組織はすべて体表から浅いところに存在するため，超音波診療との相性は抜群である．ガングリオンや関節滑膜炎，腱断裂や骨折などの診断に超音波が有用であることはいうまでもないが，超音波は診断だけにとどまらない．正確な診断的注射や，安全で精度の高い治療を行う際にこそ，超音波のさらなる威力が発揮できる．本稿では日常診療で遭遇する頻度の高い，母指CM関節症，手根管症候群，ドケルバン病や尺側手根伸筋腱腱鞘滑膜炎，バネ指を取り上げた．これら疾患に対する実践的な超音波ガイド下インターベンションについて解説する．
