膝関節痛に対する超音波ガイド下インターベンションの基礎と応用

膝関節痛に対する超音波ガイド下インターベンションを使いこなすためには，膝関節の超音波解剖を理解することと痛みがどの組織に由来しているかを考えることが重要である．膝関節痛に対する注射＝膝関節内注射という時代は終わり，整形外科医が触診，身体所見と各種画像検査所見から病態を考察し，それぞれの病態に応じて超音波ガイド下インターベンションを組み合わせて治療する時代に突入している．
