腱障害に対するステロイドを使用しない超音波ガイド下インターベンション

腱障害は一般的な病態であり，従来はステロイド注射が一般的であったが，これには腱への損傷リスクが伴う．最近では，プロロセラピー，スクレーピング，動注治療，percutaneous ultrasonic tenotomy(TENEX)など，新しい非ステロイド治療法が開発され，有効な結果が報告されている．これらの治療は腱障害の治療法として新たな可能性を示している．
