観血的整復を要した小指MP関節掌側亜脱臼の1例

交通外傷により左小指MP関節掌側亜脱臼を生じた1例を経験した．47歳女性．受傷当日の単純X線検査では診断し得ず，後日CT検査で亜脱臼が判明した．徒手整復は不可能で，受傷日から1週間後に観血的整復を行った．術中所見より，断裂した橈側側副靱帯の断端が主たる整復阻害因子であったと考えられた．当傷病は手術治療を必要とする場合が多く，初期診断を誤らないことが重要である．
