調査の留意点—アンケート調査を中心に

倫理委員会に提出する計画書の作成と並行して，具体的に何を調査するのかを調査票の形で具現化しなければならない．既存の評価票を使う場合，版権について，使用前に確認しておく必要がある．また，アウトカムに関連する予後因子，要因やアウトカムに関連する交絡因子を過不足なく測定できるように，調査項目を厳選しなければならない．本稿では，調査票の作成や準備，実際の調査やデータシート作成の留意点について，筆者の経験を踏まえて概説する．
