新規脊椎内視鏡システムSYNCHA^Ⓡを用いた経椎間孔的腰椎椎体間固定術

背景：腰椎不安定症に対する従来の固定術は低侵襲手術とは言いがたく，近年導入された側方進入椎体間固定術(LLIF)も重大な合併症の危険性があった．当院では2022年3月にSYNCHA®を用いた腰椎内視鏡下経椎間孔的椎体間固定術に着手した．対象と方法：1年以上経過観察を行った9例を対象とした．手術時間，術中出血量，JOAスコア，改善率，椎間板高・すべり度の変化，在院日数，骨癒合率，合併症を調査した．結果：手技の習熟とともに手術時間は短縮し，出血量も減少していた．臨床成績も良好であり，周術期合併症を認めなかった．まとめ：本法は低侵襲かつ安全な手術手技である．
