胸郭出口症候群に対する内視鏡補助下鎖骨下アプローチによる第1肋骨切除術

胸郭出口症候群に対しては，これまでにさまざまな外科的アプローチが報告されてきた．近年では内視鏡を用いたアプローチも報告されており，外科手術の進歩によって，手術の侵襲や合併症のリスクは軽減されている．本稿では，筆者が報告した内視鏡補助下鎖骨下アプローチによる第1肋骨切除術について解説する．内視鏡補助下経鎖骨下アプローチは，比較的合併症は少なく，成績も良好で胸郭出口症候群の手術アプローチの選択肢として考慮してよいと思われる．
