踵骨疲労骨折

踵骨疲労骨折は，問診と身体所見を詳細に確認すれば十分予想できる．最後は画像検査で診断をつけることになるが，発症初期では第一選択肢である単純X線像では異常所見を認めないことが多いため，早期診断が可能なMRIを行い確定診断することが重要である．多くは，運動制限，活動量の制限で治癒していくが，発症要因の同定は再発予防に直結するため，内的因子や外的因子，身体機能の評価なども行い，それぞれの要因に対応していく必要がある．
