腓骨筋腱障害・滑車障害・Os Peroneum

腓骨筋腱は解剖学的に腱の走行を変えるところで，障害を受けやすい．具体的には，①足関節外果後方(上腓骨筋支帯部)，②腓骨筋腱滑車部(下腓骨筋腱支帯部)，および③cuboid tunnel部である．①では腓骨筋腱脱臼や腱鞘内亜脱臼，短腓骨筋腱縦断裂，上腓骨筋支帯部での腓骨筋腱炎などを引き起こす．②では長短腓骨筋腱の腱鞘を分ける踵骨外側の骨軟骨隆起が腱を刺激して疼痛を来すことがある(腓骨筋腱滑車症候群)．③では長腓骨筋腱が底側に大きく方向を変えるため，同部位で長腓骨筋腱損傷を来すことがある．また，同部位にはOs peroneumという種子骨が存在することもしばしばで，同種子骨の骨折や疲労骨折後の分裂種子骨などで痛みを来すこともある．
