バクスター神経障害

バクスター神経障害は外側足底神経の第1枝の下踵骨枝が絞扼されて生じる神経障害である．診断は足根管を軽く叩くと足底にしびれが放散するティネル徴候が陽性であれば疑う．検査ではMRI撮影や超音波検査が有用である．治療は，ストレッチや神経痛薬や抗炎症薬の処方，インソール作製，そしてエコー下トリガーポイント注射などの保存的治療がまず適応となり，保存的治療にて改善がない場合に手術による開放術が適応となる．
