体軸性脊椎関節炎(axSpA)の診断

体軸性脊椎関節炎には強直性脊椎炎(ankylosing spondylitis：AS)とX線基準を満たさない体軸性脊椎関節炎(non radiographic axial spondyloarthritis：nr-axSpA)が含まれ，これらは一連の病態と考えられる．しかしその特徴には異なる部分もあり，それらを理解したうえで，臨床症状や画像所見から診断を行う．安易に分類基準を満たすことで診断をするのではなく，十分な鑑別除外診断を行うことも重要である．
