掌蹠膿疱症性骨関節炎の診断と治療

「掌蹠膿疱症性骨関節炎(PAO)診療の手引き2022」と同時期に，2022年9月に日本皮膚科学会掌蹠膿疱症診療の手引き策定委員会は「掌蹠膿疱症診療の手引き2022」を発表した．この「PAO診療の手引き2022」には，早期診断と早期治療を目指して42年ぶりに改訂された「改訂PAO診断ガイダンス2022(改訂Sonozaki基準)」が含まれており，またPPP(掌蹠膿疱症)診療の手引きでは，PPPの定義と診断基準が明確に示された．PAOおよびPPPの診断と治療に関する指針が同時期に示されたことで，これらの疾患に対する適切な診療が期待される．本稿では，改訂Sonozaki基準を中心に，PAOの診断および治療について詳しく解説する．
