Point!

●大腿骨遠位部骨折では，関節内の骨折に対して発生部位に応じて最も適したアプローチを選択し，関節外の骨折は閉鎖的整復と外側プレート固定が可能である．

●脛骨近位部骨折では，外側関節面の圧潰が最も多く存在することから前外側アプローチに習熟することが必須である．

●両顆の骨折を伴う骨折では，関節面の整復に必要なアプローチと骨幹端部を有効に支持するプレートの設置に必要なアプローチを組み合わせて選択する．
