Point!

●肩関節の他動関節可動域(ROM)訓練は，術翌日からfull rangeで行う．

●内外旋他動ROM訓練は，2nd positionでのみ術翌日から許可される．

●自動ROM訓練は，術後3週間までは屈曲および外転は90°までに制限される．

●術後3週から自動ROM訓練は制限なく，full rangeで許可される．
