TKAの患者満足度を高める周術期管理

エビデンスに基づいた周術期管理により，TKA後の合併症低減と患者の術後回復促進を実現することが可能となる．静脈血栓塞栓症の予防には抗凝固薬が第一選択であったが，近年は抗血小板薬であるアスピリンの有効性が多く報告されている．術前・術中低体温による感染率および出血量の増加，適切な術前炭水化物・アミノ酸投与による臨床経過の改善を証明する研究結果が蓄積されつつあり，これまでTKA領域で重視されてきた感染予防や疼痛対策のエビデンスと合わせた多角的な周術期管理を，多職種で連携して実施することが重要である．
