TKA後のスポーツ活動

TKA後のスポーツ活動への関心が近年高まっており，本稿ではその概略に関してレビューする．術後のスポーツ復帰率は平均82％，復帰時期は平均20週間であり，ローインパクトなスポーツを中心にさまざまな種目が行われている．術前の経験者は，復帰へのモチベーションが高く，復帰率も高い．術後のスポーツ活動を妨げる理由は，TKA以外であることも多い．スポーツの種類や頻度が短中期成績に及ぼす影響に関しては，これまで複数の肯定的な報告がなされている．適切なスポーツ活動，定期的な経過観察によって，健康長寿への好循環を生み出すことが重要である．
