四肢骨関節・軟部組織感染症に対する術前評価としてのサーモグラフィーの使用経験

四肢骨関節・軟部組織感染症に対する術前評価としてサーモグラフィーを用いた症例を後ろ向きに調査し，実際に術前計画を行った代表症例を提示する．実施方法は，術前に目の高さから全体像を撮像し，体表温度に異変のある領域をspotする．結果，全例で熱感部位に一致して，サーマルカメラ上高温領域として高精度に検出できた．従来，熱感部位を他覚的に示すことは困難であったが，本ツールを用いることで，簡便に熱感部位の「見える化」が可能となる．今後は，検出できた熱感部位の臨床的意義やその信憑性を突き詰めることが課題である．
