日本人工関節登録制度(JAR)

日本人工関節登録制度(JAR)は，2020年度よりJOANRに組み込まれ，登録率が大幅に増加し，世界と肩を並べるナショナルレジストリとなった．2022年度の年次報告書では，解析項目も大幅に追加され，インプラントの累積3年再置換率も明らかになるなど，日本における人工関節手術の実態を把握でき，海外のレジストリデータとも比較できるように充実してきている．今後はPROMsのデータ収集からも，人工関節手術の成績向上にJARの重要性が増すことだろう．
