耳下腺基底細胞腺癌の1例

文献概要

基底細胞腺癌は，1991年にWHOの耳下腺腫瘍組織分類第2版で初めて独立して分類された比較的新しい概念の腫瘍である^1）。これまで，報告例は少なく唾液腺腫瘍のなかでの発生頻度は約1％前後とされている^2）。本腫瘍は良性腫瘍である基底細胞腺腫と組織学的にも類似点が多く^3），一般的には低悪性腫瘍と考えられている。腫瘍の増大は通常緩慢で，顔面神経麻痺をきたすことは稀とされている^11,12）。今回われわれは，顔面神経麻痺をきたした耳下腺原発の基底細胞腺癌の1例を経験したので報告する。
