神経線維腫症が疑われた舌筋線維腫の1症例

I．はじめに

　神経線維腫と筋線維腫はともに時間的および空間的多発性をきたす比較的稀な疾患であり，臨床的に両者を区別することは困難である。今回われわれは複数回の腫瘤の摘出術を受け，神経線維腫として診断された既往を有し，術前診断に苦慮した舌の筋線維腫の1例を経験した。本症例を報告するとともに両疾患の臨床的・病理学的類似点に対する文献的考察を加えて報告する。
