Ⅰ．はじめに

　耳痛（otalgia）には，外耳，中耳に病変があって起こる耳痛と，離れた部位での病態からの放散による耳痛（関連痛，referred pain）^1）があり，また神経痛，心理的原因による痛みがある。関連痛による耳痛は約50％を占めるとされる^2）。
