Ⅰ．はじめに

　唾液腺の痛みはさまざまな疾患により出現するが，唾液腺自体の疾患によるものと，唾液腺周辺の痛みとしてリンパ節など唾液腺内，周囲の組織の障害で生ずることがある。本稿では，大唾液腺のうち，耳下腺，顎下腺を中心にその原因と対応について述べたい。
