定義・概念

　腫瘍随伴症候群，新生物随伴症候群あるいは傍腫瘍症候群とも呼ばれる。腫瘍の原発巣または転移巣から離れた臓器に生ずる臓器機能障害と定義される。悪性新生物に直接起因する症候群であるが，罹患部位の腫瘍による直接浸潤や圧迫によって生ずるものは含まれない。
