迷路気腫を伴った術後性外リンパ瘻の1例

I．はじめに

　迷路気腫（pneumolabyrinth）とは，1984年にMafeeら^1）が初めて使用した用語で，外リンパ瘻に伴い内耳に気泡が存在する状態である。本症の原因として，先天奇形^2），外傷^3～7），中耳手術後^1,8～11）の報告があるが，国内では外傷による2症例^12,13）の報告のみである。本稿では，アブミ骨手術後に発症した迷路気腫を伴う外リンパ瘻に対して手術を施行し，著明な聴力改善が得られた症例を経験したので，迷路気腫の特徴について考察しながら報告する。
